One of my favorite Banchan 🥒 Oie-kimchi or cucumber kimchi 

This has to be one of the easiest and quickest dishes to make and it has a HUGE impact. Enjoy it on the side, as a meal or traditionally as a Banchan. 

You need:
-Cucumbers
-Salt
-Sesame Oil
-Gochugaru
-Garlic
And Oyster sauce. That’s it!!
