Some people couldn’t find the shaved ribeye. No problem - make your own!

It’s actually pretty easy. You just need the ribeye, a freezer and a knife. Freeze for about 30-1 hour and it will be the perfect temp & texture for shaving. 

And in no time you’ll have your very own homemade Bulgogi. What other tips do you want me to share??
