You asked for a simple and fun option for your kids lunch!

It doesn’t get more school lunch traditional than Gaelanmali. An absolute favorite to pack in Korea, it’s an “egg roll” Korean style. You can pack this full of any vegetables, meat or seasonings you want - making it very versatile.

The hardest part? Folding the egg. Just remember to simply pour a portion of the egg mixture into a thin layer. When the egg is set but still wet, fold it with a spatula and keep rolling. Pull the rolled egg to a side, and add more egg mixture to the open space to repeat.

The more eggs you use, the more hearty the Gaelanmali.
