The one thing I never skip after a workout 👇

I spray hypochlorous acid on my face IMMEDIATELY after I’m done working out, before I even leave the gym.

It helps calm my skin down, kills bacteria from sweat, and honestly has made such a difference with breakouts (especially around my hairline and shoulders).
