We can’t believe it’s been a year. Amare taught us all how to embrace the moment and brought everyone with him in the process. A fearless young man who elevated every room he was in and accomplished so much. His fingerprints are all over lives of his family, coaches, and teammates. The confidence he displayed stood out. On the court or off it, he displayed and unbelievable amount of confidence in himself. He was one of the rare few who set extremely high goals and always managed to achieve them. Those who were blessed to know him knew that he was destined to reach incredible heights. His spirit lives in us all and grows stronger by the day.
