We’re so thrilled to share that we just sold this beautiful Tampa home to the sweetest couple! 🌟

We first met them completely by chance over dinner last year—one of those amazing moments when you just click right away. Fast-forward to today: they’re now proud first-time homeowners, making the big move from Texas to begin their new journey right here in sunny Tampa. We feel so grateful to have been part of helping them put down roots in this incredible city.

This home has so much to love, but that back yard space is truly special—it was even featured on HGTV! It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, entertaining, and soaking up the Florida lifestyle. We can already picture them hosting friends, enjoying the beautiful weather, and making memories for years to come.
