We often think of friendship as something nice to have. 

But science tells us it’s much more than that.

And yet, in our fast-paced, hyper-digital world, where we are more connected than ever, meaningful connection is becoming harder to come by.

Sometimes, even when we’re surrounded by others, we can still feel a little… alone.

That’s not something we often talk about, but it’s something many of us
experience, especially as life gets busy, families grow up and move away, or our circumstances change, it can be hard to keep friendships and connections strong.
