Is the Inspire 3 steady enough to capture long exposure shots?

I found that the I3 can capture up to 8s in photo mode but most shots over 6s resulted in some blurry shots. 4s felt like a sweet spot to get those cool light trails from cars passing by.

Tested out on a beautiful sunset in SimiValley
