## Caption

Have you watched the latest podcast yet? It’s an important one because: the quality of our lives = the quality of our RELATIONSHIPS.

This includes the relationship we have with ourselves.🪞❤️🙂

…It’s one thing to have high standards, but the “achievers’ curse” is being so hard on ourselves and constantly self-critical that it separates us from love by locking us in our head, not our heart. 🔒 🧠 💭

Beating ourselves up is really just another form of suffering.

A life of LOVE and MEANING begins within! 🫵 And it’s as simple as giving little considerations we offer to loved ones to ourselves, too.

Be kind and gentle with yourself.

You may now listen to our latest episode 💛 LOVE and the Modern Family 💛 on your favorite podcast platform, OR watch the full video with behind the scenes footage on YouTube. Link in bio! 🎧 💻 🎬 💌
