With Bart Pawlukojć, owner of @arankilkenny one of the best and most talked about bakeries in Ireland. 

The restaurant part of the bakery is the place where I had one of the best lunches of my life, the Korean fried chicken wrap. Go try it!

Bart and his wife Nicole both own Arán bakery and are both Michelin trained chefs.
