## Caption

The U.K.'s largest Douglas Fir (209 ft.), located in Lake Vyrnwy, sadly needed to be felled after a storm damaged it.

What remained was a 50ft. stump that was then carved into "The Giant Hand of Vyrnwy" by Simon O'Rourke (@simonorourke).
