The Vegan Squad tries TOP 10 PANCAKES in the world! 🥞

@myplantbasedfriend saw @happycow’s post highlighting @vertical_diner_SLC’s pancakes, just in time for our trip to Salt Lake City📍 

We absolutely LOVED the sweet stack pancakes! They were perfectly fluffy, and topped with vegan whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar and maple syrup. They blew @yourveganmentor1’s mind 🤯 

@consciouslivingwithali loved her Early Bird Sandwich with Tempeh Bacon, which satisfied her craving for a good vegan breakfast 🥪 

Not sure which appetizers to get? Don’t skip the Buffalo Tigers (chikun style tenders) and Fried Mac & Cheese Bites- both were phenomenal!! 🔥 

If you’re a sucker for biscuits and gravy like @thebodybuildingvegan, Vertical Diner absolutely nailed the soft yet flaky biscuits with the most delicious gravy ✔️
