25 years ago when I started Spanx in the early days when we hit a milestone I would take the team (3 people at the time!) to Red Lobster... naturally. 😂 The tradition lives on with Sneex! A few things have changed since I started this tradition with the spanx team in the early days... mainly that I can’t see the menu and the Rockzilla is no longer on it. 😂  Thank you to the redlobster team for rolling out the red carpet for us! I encourage every business owner and leader to create fun traditions with your teams... big or small. It makes success all the more sweet.
