The best thing about failing is that you *get* to start over. 😌

My 2024 was all about starting over and *repeatedly* failing. I got laid off. I started design school at 30. I started a podcast in an era where 99% of podcasters fail. 🫠

But I kept sharing my highlights, lowlights, and progress on LinkedIn. Each time I did, I was met with people from all walks of life sharing their perspectives, opportunities, and resources to help me figure out how to take that next step. 

I started posting on LinkedIn 7 years ago just for fun. I shared anything from project launches to silly videos I made to celebrating International Women’s Day. Even after getting laid off, I continuously browse LinkedIn to keep tapped into tech, the creator economy, and my professional network. 

Over this last year, I’ve seen LinkedIn evolve into this incredibly rich community of industry friends and experts sharing pieces of their careers that you just can’t get anywhere else. 

Their posts and stories have helped motivate me to take courageous steps forward in my own career. I hope one day I get to see yours on LinkedIn too!
