1. early dinner (salmon tacos tonight) 
2. walk after dinner (this is great for digestion) 
3. low light + low AC for optimal sleep (64 - 65F)
4. skincare (drunkelephant new mellow marula cream cleanser) 
5. signature evening scent (signals to brain that it’s time for sleep) 
6. eye mask + usually mouth tape but I have a cold sore haha
