As far as appetizers go, it doesn’t get much better than a creamy, cheesy Twice Baked Potato - with a crispy potato skin and fluffy mashed potatoes inside and topped with a crispy cheese crust! My family would make these all the time growing up and I think this is the best method on how to make sure they come out perfectly for the holidays!
