Lululemon is suing Costco, accusing the discount retailer of selling “confusingly similar” replicas of its jackets, sweatshirts and pants. While many shoppers look for so-called “dupes” – products that look similar to more expensive designer items, but for the fraction of the cost – #Lululemon claims that certain #Costco products imitate its own designs so closely that it constitutes “trade dress” infringement.

In recent months, a #Walmart dupe of the Hermes #Birkin bag – which became known as a #Wirkin – went viral.
