Sean “Diddy” Combs and his defense team got a win in court on Tuesday when a New York jury found Combs guilty of just two out of five charges.

Combs was found guilty Wednesday of transportation to engage in prostitution in his federal trial in New York, but the music mogul was acquitted of the more severe charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

“That means the jury was buying what the defense was selling,” says CBS News legal analyst
