SWIPE! ⬅️ Michael Bay is reportedly in development to return to the Transformers franchise as both producer and director on a new live-action film for Paramount, reuniting with writer Jordan VanDina on the script.

This project is part of a broader slate of potentially five or more Transformers films currently being shaped under Paramount and Skydance following the 2024–2025 lineup shakeup.

Bay last directed Transformers: The Last Knight in 2017, which marked his fifth and final installment in the franchise before stepping back from the director’s role.
