“From the second I entered through the doors at Kappa Delta, I knew I had found something special. As an out-of-state freshman, I was terrified of feeling alone and lost miles away from everything and everyone I knew. Now as a rising senior, I can confidently say that KD has become my home away from home. My friends here have become my sisters, and I will forever cherish the time I have spent with them. They have been with me through countless ups and downs; always the first to dry my tears and to be my biggest cheerleaders. I am consistently inspired to be a better woman and friend growing alongside them, and I can’t imagine my life without them in it. So, thank you KD for bringing me my forever friends—and thank you to my friends for being my forever people.”
