I am so proud of the young ladies in these photos and so many more...

I pride myself on my teaching/coaching abilities. I've learned from some of the best coaches and people around. This has helped me not only as an athlete, but also as a coach understand and develope my own methods on how to get the most out of students both on and off the mats.
I will continue to be the best role model I can be for both young girls and boys everywhere.
Hardwork & Consistency have made me who I am.
I just don't talk about it, I lead by example.
