Welcome to my new series: Comfort, Not Complicated! We’re making authentic Tteokbokki (Spicy Korean Rice Cakes) which are tender, chewy and so delicious! I like to top mine off with a few slices of Mozzarella cheese (tillamook whole milk is THE BEST) which compliments that spicy flavor so well!
