Shaking Beef (Bo Luc Lac)
1 lb filet, ribeye or sirloin, cut to 1.5 inch cubes
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
5 cloves garlic, grated
¼ tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 medium yellow onion, cut into 2 inch petals
