## Caption

Here is a manipulation of the joints in the upper back causing a gas exchange within. It is not affecting alignment or posture, only increasing range of motion and decreasing pain of the local tissue. Due to the high volume of training and a lifelong boxing career, opening up the upper/mid back is one of my  favourites! 

And in my own simple words : triangle upper back crack 😂
