Despite higher education and full-time work, Black women continue to be underpaid. Why? Simply put: racism and sexism 🤷‍♀️ 

Even with a graduate degree, a Black woman earns significantly less than a white man with the same exact credentials. 

Unfair wages keep Black women in a cycle of financial precarity; working harder for less while doing more unpaid labor than anyone else. Closing the wage gap for Black women isn't a perk; it's necessary and foundational.
