24 Hour Brisket 🥩 
I tried out the no trim method for the first time in this one but unfortunately overslept so I pulled it at 210F internal 😂 I think the lack of trimming saved it from turning out dry for sure, kept a bunch of moisture in that meat. Cooking Brisket is truly a full time job 👷🏽‍♂️
