We’ve all had those days, when the final whistle blows, and you know you didn’t bring your best. Not because of the scoreline, but because you feel it in your effort.

Here’s what I tell myself, name it to tame it. Was it preparation? Fatigue? Or just an "off" day? One game is not your legacy. The lesson lives in the honesty. Ignoring it wastes the growth, obsessing over it wastes the joy.

To anyone beating themselves up post-game: You’re not failing, you’re evolving. The players who last are the ones who learn, then let go.
