We’re not saying this game of mini-stick chaos caused the injury… but it may have contributed to the drama.

Hockey, parenting, staying active... sometimes it’s a lot. And yes, even chiropractors get benched.

Dr. Mark’s still healing up, but we’re sharing a few behind-the-scenes moments from his own recovery and daily life, because movement matters, and so does laughter. Not to worry, though, he took his own rehab advice and is doing great!
