Prepped with a series of dynamic stretching and various plyometrics / hops / skips 

Tested my velocity and vertical jump for max stimulus exposure 

Clean complex with a knelling hurdle broad complex 💥

Then an alternating incline press and CS iso row with lateral dips 

Always great to get some work in with my man kedrick.whitehead whenever he’s in town. He’s a pro in the way he approaches every aspect of the process and worked to have a standout season in the UFL.
