What you’ll need: 
🍓1tbsp appliednutrition Hydration+ Powder Strawberry & Raspberry
🥥 Splash of Coconut Water
🫐 Handful of berries
 
How to make:
1️⃣ Mix 1 tbsp of Applied Nutrition Hydration+ Powder with water, then pour into your ice lolly moulds.
2️⃣ Add a splash of coconut water and a handful of berries.
3️⃣ Pop them in the freezer until frozen, then enjoy your hydrating summer treat!
