## Caption

Strawberry Basil Ravioli filled with basil ricotta and adorned with strawberry cut outs! 🍓🌿🍝believe me when I say that homemade pasta is SO EASY. You absolutely do not need any fancy tools/machines. Just your hands and a rolling pin! (And a cookie cutter for shapes)
Filling:
1 cup ricotta (dairy or plant based alternative)
2 tbs cup parmesan cheese (dairy or plant based) 
2 tsp fresh basil , finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bag and add to a piping bag. Place in fridge until ready to use. 
Pasta: 
1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 
¼ tsp salt
⅓  cup water
2 tsp olive oil
(Food coloring if desired) 
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix together until well combined.
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour. 
Transfer to a working surface and knead until it is smooth and almost glossy. Place the dough in an airtight container and place in the fridge to rest for at least a half an hour.
