The challenge:
🏃‍♀️ 400m each of:
	•	Burpee Broad Jumps
	•	Walking Lunges
	•	Bear Crawls
	•	Run

(Yes, it’s as gnarly as it sounds — and yes, you CAN do it.)

💪 Scaling options:
L2: 300m each + 100m jog per lap
L1: 200m each + 200m jog per lap
