#USPHLAdvancement In Action - Coaches Edition: Big shout out to former charlotterushhockey video coach Ray Sylvester, who was recently hired as a video coach with the nhl's minnesotawild! Sylvester was a member of the Rush staff for two years, including their matching #USPHLPremier and #USPHLElite Championship season of 2020-21. He is a perfect example of the high level of coaching that USPHL players receive.
