GIN & JAM 🍓 (serves 2):
◦ 4 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
◦ 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam (or any flavour)
◦ 1½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
◦ Dash of Lemon Zest
◦ Lemon Wheel, to garnish

METHOD: Add all ingredient to a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, and garnish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy!
