Why ADVNC Seattle Starz:
 
Our mission is to develop, prepare and guide Washington student-athletes that aspire to play lacrosse in college.  Here’s how we do that:

Provide exclusive play opportunities:  ADVNC NDP, West Coast Starz, and ADVNC PNW amplifying exposure to NCAA coaches

Train with Washington’s best coaches and former NCAA players at all levels Youth thru HS:  State championship coaches:  Matt O’Neill – Eastlake 2025, Dylan Hummel – Skyline 2024, Cam Cronk - Seattle Prep (2025, 2024, & 2023)

Win tournaments – not just participate:  2025 Summer Championships (through July 8):  4 Youth Championships, 2029 NDP Crabfeast Champions, 2030 PNW NXT Meltdown Champions, Nike National All-Star Games PNW Regional Champions

Build upon our national reputation for developing NCAA Collegiate Players:  Over 200 since 2016 including (6) D1 2026 commits, and (26) 2025 commits

Serve our families with a stable coaching staff and topnotch operations team:  Our average coach tenure is 7 years.  Always 2 coaches per team, with consistent practice times and field locations throughout the season.  We take pride in our communication and attention to detail that keeps our parents informed every step of the way.
