happy 30th birthday @macmiller 💙 #HBDMac

i got into mac’s music about this time last year, and it has helped me immensely. 2021 was rough for my mental health, and hearing mac describe the same feelings i was going through validated my emotions so much. his music makes me not feel alone. i have a lot of fav lyrics, and one of them is from surf: “there’s water in the flowers, let’s grow.” (i have a tattoo based on it ✨)

i could honestly go on and on about how much mac means to me and how his music is a big part of my healing journey (which i’ve done in previous posts).

thank you for everything mac 💙 hope you’re resting easy up there.
