## Caption

We all need to have a Real Convo for Mental Health Awareness Month, and every other month of the year. We need to have more open, genuine conversations about mental health. Don’t be afraid to ask a friend or a loved one how they’re doing, or tell someone that you aren’t doing well. It’s okay to talk about mental health, it shouldn’t be taboo.
