This is a rare condition called “HYPERDONTIA” where you have EXTRA teeth 👀  Normally, we have 20 baby teeth and 32 adult teeth. A toddler’s xray might show 2 rows of teeth to reflect 1 row of baby teeth and 1 row of adult teeth.
