Day 3 of debunking vegan myths, with @thebodybuildingvegan and @vegan__america. Brian Sanders from @food.lies continues to spread misinformation about living vegan; today we cover myth 3: humans are omnivorous, humans evolved by “heavily” relying on animal flesh, and our brains developed by consuming essential nutrients found in animals. Lie, after lie, after lie. Every single one of these statements has been scientifically disproven. It’s time to stop spreading misinformation @food.lies. We don’t need to eat animals to be healthy and thrive. But we *do* need to live vegan and stop paying for the mass production and murder of innocent animals for taste pleasure.
