Courtney proves just how detail-oriented and hungry a competitor can be. She has not complained a single time this entire prep (other than being a bit upset about missing a PR haha). As you can see from this original photo, we’ve had a long way to go to get her on stage and we’ve faced several small roadblocks along the way that took time to figure out. Being a bodybuilder is not simply just getting into good shape, it is getting extremely shredded while maintaining as much muscle as humanly possible. To get her to the look that you see to the right today, we worked to find meal plan protocols ideal for Courtney’s digestion, implemented a specific morning digestion drink (huge help), and worked through other hormonal optimization strategies. A lot of this is complex troubleshooting - exactly where a coach comes into play. But a coach cannot troubleshoot if the client does not show up and put in the best effort possible. Courtney, it has been an absolute pleasure working together and I’m so excited, grateful, and honored to lead you to the stage for the first of likely many times.
