The American Junior Golf Association is back in Tuscaloosa this week for the 2025 Visit Tuscaloosa Junior Championship, with tournament play taking place Tuesday, July 15, through Thursday, July 17, at Indian Hills Country Club. 

The event officially began with a competitive qualifier on Sunday at The Dells Golf Club in Northport, where more than 60 players competed for a spot in the field. 

Last year’s event concluded with a dramatic finish as Tuscaloosa native and Tuscaloosa Academy standout Anna Christian Beeker claimed her first AJGA title in a one-hole playoff.
