"Hard to believe I’m already over halfway through my internship at NAU Country Insurance Company!

It’s been great seeing that agent and rep feedback is actually heard and implemented to continue to improve and create a better product and system. It reinforced the importance of following through, showing that consistent action is key to building trust.

I also had the chance to meet with CEO Julie Wood and something she emphasized was being well-rounded in your career. Having a broad knowledge of all aspects of a business will help you to be more adaptable, make informed decisions, and contribute more effectively across teams.

Despite the tough weather the last month has brought, the resilience of the agriculture industry continues to impress me and underscores the critical role of crop insurance.

Grateful for the experience, the people, and even a few rounds of golf with coworkers!"
