BASEBALL IS A SMALL WORLD🌎🤏🏽so for any Coach, player, parent, scout, or agent looking to be successful in the game and build a network of strong relationships… I can’t stress how important our REPUTATION is. If I treat people with respect, I get respect. If I show love, I get love🤝 On the other hand if I choose to talk shit, be dishonest, or show no class or integrity in general… word travels FAST and bridges get burnt even faster with the people that matter🫠 For example this is Clemson’s Pitching Coach and MY GUYY🤩 Jimmy Belanger jbel242 (aka “JIMMY WHISPERS”🤫). We met over a decade ago. Since I’ve known him he’s now coached in the Big 10, SEC, and ACC. Regardless of what conference or how successful he’s been, his personality and character have always stayed consistent from when we first met✊🏽 Brutally honest about any potential players of mine he’s recruiting which I appreciate, humble but still confident guy that always greets me with a smile and a hug, never Big Leagues anyone, and I can count on him to call me back when I reach out to him… when other people might only reach out “when they need something” lol. One thing is for certain is if you take the time and effort over a decade to build a solid reputation and a strong network, you’ll always be able to find work in some area of the baseball community if that’s what you choose to do🫡 #baseball #relationships #matter #reputation #matters #compete #havefun #respect #thegame #myguy
