THESE ARE THE CONVERSATIONS I WANT MY HITTERS TO BE LISTENING TO MORE OFTEN jonnygomesusa ☝🏽 If all I do is talk to my young hitters about “swing mechanics” like about 99% of what is shown on social media… I am leaving them at a severe disadvantage from jump street when they go into a real game against elite pitching🫤 This obsession with mechanics has lead us to where we are now, the “crossfitification” of baseball.
