WHAT ARE SOME SKILLS/METRICS IN A HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER THAT MIGHT INDICATE THE ABILITY TO BE A LEGIT 2 WAY PLAYER IN COLLEGE🤔 First off its extremely rare to do this at the high D1 level. I run into a lot of HS aged players that wholeheartedly believe they can do it in college, just because they’re actually having success doing it at the HS level, which is fair to assume because they may in fact be the best at both on their HS team. However, in college you now are competing against the best pitchers and the best hitters in the country so it requires both crazy levels of athleticism and considerably more time and work📈 And btw most of the two way guys in college aren’t starters. Its important to realize that its a MUCH different animal coming in in the 9th inning to let it eat for 15 pitches than actually turning a line up over multiple times☝🏽 But here’s one example of a player I believe that could possibly do it if he chose to put in the work: 27 grad Team Evolution athlete and MY GUYY🤩 finnian_oloughlin (aka “THE FILTHY IRISHMAN”🍀) is a super athletic 6’3”/180lbs OF/RHP that runs a 6.9/60yd dash with a 92-93mph arm velo from the outfield😮‍💨 His ball exit velocity is 95-100mph🏌️‍♂️ On the mound his Fb sits 86-87 tops 88mph, with a 71-72 mph slider and a change up he throws at 73-75mph👌🏼Finn attends Del Barton Hs in New Jersey where he carries a 3.7gpa📓 In college he plans to pursue a major in sports management and after his baseball career would even like to be an announcer/broadcaster like Bob Uecker lol🗣️🎙️His favorite mlb player is cody Bellinger and his favorite go to post game meal is a valid bacon cheeseburger🍔 AYOooo… FILTHY IRISHMAN… KEEP HITTIN SEEDS AND THROWIN CHEETOS BRUH STAY CRISPY OUT HERE PLAYBOY😎🏊🏽‍♂️💦 theevolutionevents dukebase ronniebernick bigdawgbaseball thebigrandall athelitepd #baseball #mlb #college #prospect #filthy #irish #stud #throw #cheetos #hit #seeds #bruh #compete #havefun #respect #thegame #myguy
