## Caption

SELF is a free, open group for women who have experienced any type of sexual assault or sexual abuse. The psychoeducational curriculum is a part of the Sanctuary Model and focuses on Safety, Emotions, Loss, and Future (SELF). 

When: This group meets Tuesdays 1:00-2:15pm 

Where: Currently virtual, but if attendance increases it could be in person.
