Episode 5 of our ‘Paired with...’ series: where chefs and drink specialists give you pairing recommendations for their dish or drink. 

On this episode, we got a seat at the bar to watch @mrmaxvenning from @threesheetsbars create the infamous Sazzaquack cocktail, their take on the classic Sazerac cocktail. 

Nominated by Executive Chef @ben_rand1 from @bubala_london to pair with their Smacked Cucumbers, it’s made up of a delectable concoction of Seven Tails XO, Whistlepig 10yr, Five Spice, Lemon Absinthe, and Soy. (We can confirm it’s delicious and we 100% want those 🦆 glasses.)
