You missed it ? I have good news 👇☄️

This meteor shower is called the Aquarides & Capricornides and I got lucky to witness them this week-end. The photo at the end is a composite of all the ones I saw that night 🥹 You missed the date ? No worries, you can still catch up with an even bigger meteor shower next week-end !

👉 Between the 10th and 13th August, there is a huge meteor shower called Perseids with up to 110 meteors per hour on average, so almost 2 per minute 🤯

💡 Tips to enjoy the show : stay away from cities, bring a blanket and lay on the ground and make sure you face north 🧭 The peak activity is on the night of 12/13th, but you can see them this week-end too 🥰

🇫🇷 Je suis sortie photographier la pluie de météores des Aquarides et Capricornides ce week-end, en Lozère, l’un des endroits avec les ciels les moins pollués par la lumière en France ! La photo à la fin est un composite de toutes les étoiles filantes capturées cette soirée 🌌

👉 Tu as loupé cette pluie d’étoiles filantes ? 🥺 Tu pourras te rattraper ce weekend (10-13 aout) avec les Perséides, une pluie d’étoiles filantes avec jusqu’à 110 météores par heure, soit quasi 2 par minute ☄️

💡 Quelques tips : éloigne toi des villes, prends un plaid et une couverture et allonge toi sur le sol de manière à regarder en direction du nord 🧭 Plutôt la nuit du 12 au 13 car c’est le pic de l’activité !
