I’m trying to get better and better at cooking steaks in the Weber Kettle and just grillin’ overall. On Father’s Day I ruined these crazy nice cuts of rib-eye and ever since than I was like there’s no way ima let that happen again 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ Today we got a 30-35 day dry aged rib-eye from Pape Meat. This came out 🔥
