Second track meet for the Ellis Boys. We have some progress but still some work to do. Balancing between basketball, weightlifting for football and track season has been quite the difficult juggling act… But these boys are committed to the process and the progress is showing. 

That 400 is still kicking our asses.🤣 But we gonna figure this out. This is a marathon, not a sprint. See what I did there?😏 Proud of these two. They work so hard.💪🏾
